1. No personal data collection

CarDataHub does not collect, store or process any personal data (as defined by the EU GDPR) when you browse our public website or use the Auction Data API.

2. Technical logs

We keep minimal, pseudonymised server logs (IP address, timestamp, endpoint and response code) for 7 days strictly for security and abuse-prevention purposes. These logs are automatically deleted and are never combined with other data to identify an individual.

3. Cookies

Our website uses only essential, session-based cookies required to deliver content and protect against CSRF attacks. No analytics, marketing or third-party tracking cookies are set.

4. Data location

All servers are hosted in an ISO 27001-certified data centre in the European Union.

5. Your rights
